Recently, I bought Aquagard Sensa model (15 days back). This product was working fine and all sudden it stop throwing water and stop working. I given call almost 40-50 time in 20 days and finally I got only engineer at my house. After spending around 1 hr he told circuit board is having some issue. sir better you ask for replacement they should replace you with new model.
I given call to south Bangalore sale and service manager Mr. Ramesh 9611454034. This guy first promised me for replacement and then he stop taking my call. Customer care is so unprofessional that they never bother about your problem. they simply hire some uneducated girls who can just speak without respect and say "Will try to send our engineer today or tomorrow".
Guys its my request that never buy any product from this company. Just imagine when a brand new product is having some problem and they can’t give service then how you can use this product for next 2-3 yrs. For brand new product they don’t have parts so how they will run this product for next 2-3 yrs.
Now going to sue this company and planning to take my money back. I simply like the technology and bought this model but seriously in this country technology doesn’t matter service matters.
