hi ucha, Did u cue them? I also bought same model and facing similar problem... after giving 20 calls i got finally only one engineer and he told circuit board is having some issue. sir better you ask for replacement they should replace you with new model. After tat i'm keep on calling on help li read more...

hi kapil its ankit here and i do agree with u. even i also face the same problem and u know i put the things in local media after tat only they solve my problem. thing is reliance is outsource there all services to so many comp. like there call centers there services related issue department etc et read more...
