Worst product and Customer service

Don’t go for any Eureka products, they have the worst customer service. I bought Aquaguard Enhance RO+ UV just 1.5 months before(Sept-2013). The Product started to link and the link was so big that I cannot use the product within 2 weeks. I am chasing the customer care for 20 days now and yet to get a proper technician to fix the issue. They have escalation paths but the ticket you raise will be closed in 2 days so that they cannot be used for escalation routes.


Hope I read the reviews here before I decided to buy. Update on the above review, I have stopped using this product within 3 months of purchase and gone back to my old way of getting RO water through vendors RO Cans.


I really regret buying this product from Eureka. My humble advice is don’t ever buy anything related to Eureka because they have the worst Customer Care service.
