For the past 10 days no connection, even after multiple calls to customer care the issue was not resolved. this time the connection itself is not available..
Exactly same thing happened with me, closing the ticket without proper resolution. Sometimes even the ticket is not raised... I am fed up calling the Customer care .. I have sent the speed reports to the mail ids provided above.. Raised multiple incidents whenever the connection is not there.. T read more...
Post sharing my review here, I raised 2 complaints. A techinian visited my home and everything was fine when he arrived.. 2 hours after he left , things are worst again.
