My Eureka Forbes AquaSure RO+UV started leaking after around 1 years and I called for service .They came in 24 hours and changed most of the parts and I paid Rs 5000+ .
After that it again started leaking next day .Also they did not connect the display, so I cannot change the TDS . I called them and asked them to fix .After 10-12 calls they came and "fixed" it .
Still it is leaking, also getting hard water, also not able to change the TDS .I called and given the complaint .Every time they say, they will send the person in 24 hours .
After grabbing Rs 5000+ they are not coming to fix the issues .
DON’T EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM EUREKA FORBES .
SERVICE IS PATHETIC .THEY ARE CHEATERS, I SIMPLY WASTED MY TIME WAITING FOR THEM AND CALLING THEM .
ALSO I REALIZED THAT, THE MAINTENANCE COST IS TOO HIGH ON THE AVERAGE RS 6000+ annually, ie RS 500 per month, whether you use the product or not, every year you need to spend this .
Another major problem is wastage of water, as per my observation more than 50% of water is wasted in the process .This water will be very hard and cannot be used .
