The major problem of the review process is ,they just change the status to resolved ,without actually solving the issue .The person who write the review will not follow the review later . I followed it up and made it 'Response Received' .So I feel majority of the issues are not really fixed .
After sharing contact number ,it took more than two weeks to fix this issue .We were getting water with TDS 250 which is very high .Water quality does effect our health ,you should understand that and fix the issue in 24 hours .In my case it tooK months .PATHETIC AND EXPENSIVE ,WATER WASTAGE IS AROU read more...
Taxi for sure did not took a permit for my trip .They were hiding this to me .The driver just went to booth and came back .Driver hid this from he and said that he have the permit document which is taken for me,for that trip , but will give it to Company . Now I don't have doc for claiming it .

You got the car back in running condition ,seems you expect more that this from Pratham .See whether all parts are there .
For me it looks like ,they are getting some margins when they deliver car out of priority .I raised the issue with Maruthi Suzuki also .
This issue is not resolved ,not sure how the status is changed .I never receive any mail communication from Pratham motors regarding car allotment ,Also I have filled a form specifically mentioning that I need insurance from New India Assurance company .This request was ignored .
