Appears that their customer service is only till they sell the product. After that the company ceases to exist as far as you are concerned. My number of complaints have gone to deaf ears.
Call centre (probably they have a call centre only for new buyers) guys will always tell you that somebody will attend to in 24 hours. This when I am not even in the warranty and will be paying for the service!
My advice to any prospective buyers: The product is electro-mechanical so very good chance that it you will need repair service. You won’t get it from this company. So don’t buy it.
