Lot of water has flown since I wrote this review in 2009. I have had many ordinary experiences with them. I still buy from them. Delivery, customer service etc are just about bare minimum now. I sent a mail as you asked to the mail ID you have provided in your mail. That happens to be the same ID I had made my initial complaint apart from my phone calls. Nearly 48 hours no reply. @sanjay230. I do use its internet features by connecting it to my wifi at home. I also use it with free hotspots at airports etc. It is pretty easy. All you got to do is to create an access point. Let me know if you need help.
