Though I haven’t used it much, but have got positive feedback from two close sources in terms of its utility & usability.
My grievance is related to the salesman **Mr Dhananjay Sonawane**, based in Pune. He had promised me a guaranteed gift scratch coupon (with gifts like induction cooker) on buying the cleaner. I bought the Wet & Dry vacuum cleaner on 13-May-2013.
But even after repeated follow ups with Mr Sonawane, Mr Abhijit Gavali (dealer) and Eureka Forbes customer service, I haven’t got the gift coupons, or even the invoice.
