I am glad to see there is a corporate blog section in Mouthshut now. I am addressing this review to Eureka Forbes Ltd.
We have been using Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner for many years. This year we replaced our old vacuum cleaner for a new one. To be precise, on February 25 we got the old vacuum cleaner, which was Euroclean XL, replaced with a Euroclean WD wet & dry vacuum cleaner. The machine is working fine till now. But I am yet to see the bill. The guys who sold this to me said it will come in post. Nothing came. I called up the sales guy more than three times and every time he would tell me he will look into it fast. Well you got to redefine “fast”.
Initially, I had thought I would get our old machine repaired. But it took me several phone calls to the customer care to finally have a service guy at my door. But once I called them up again and announced I would buy a new one, everything went fast. They were indeed very fast in selling me the machine. At the time of delivery, the sales guy gave me an invoice and told me the bill would come in post. Will I ever see this “bill’?
