I have been a Eureka Forbes customer since I was born, we have had those vacuum cleaners since ages, my latest product is a Reviva. Now I had taken an AMC from Eureka Forbes limited, the sales people just take the money and forget about you.
You expect professional responses, take this:
On complaining that its been 6 months since anyone visited my home for a service, the lady at the other end had the audacity to tell me that its your job to remind not ours(strange)
The engineer would come, open candle, put it under tap and put it back, often breaking minor parts andreplacing them. Thats called servicing, when I asked him to check out other stuff in my Reviva, he said AMC main yahi hota hai.
The cartiridge changes are another place where the company tried to defraud me, the agreement mentioned 2 carbon changes, despite repeated reminders no one came. Finally when my AMC ended I threatened legal action for breach of contract. Its then that my carbon was replaced. My card even had a remark from me that a carbon change is due, but the remarks column is just because some space was left on the paper, no one reads it.
Now my tap had broken, I explicitly remembered the person telling taps are covered, then they show me a clause which says taps arent replaced but discounted. I call up the lady who is my contact with Eureka Forbes, and she says that they have instructions from a certain person in GK office(forgot his name) not to change any more taps, the instructions had apparently come a month before I had complained.
I have lost all faith in this brand, I had sent a complaint by their online system(Website) also but got absolutely no reply.
