wow, thats a really bad incident, you should have filed a FIR. there are so many cases of hidden camera etc. in 5 star hotels, this shouldnt go un-noticed.

its a very old fact, its the same for indian airlines also, the thing is 50% discount is on full fare and other tickets are themselves much cheaper.

they are absolutely correct, the 2 Mbps translates to 200-300 kBps , the capital B is for bytes and small b is for bits. There is no problem in their speed.

You can file a consumer court case, the onus will be on them to produce a proof of delivery for the same.

you do not have a case, there is no way to prove the hit was mild on the shoe, company is not responsible for such mishaps.

go to consumer court to make them pay for your loss, if you can get a confirmation from the sender he receives couriers from them, you have a good case.

Bang on, the thin pizza crust was awesome. I still have all my report cards with a 'I am a Nirula's Scholar' stamp :) , reading your review brought back those golden days. Unfortunately, I have stopped visiting nirula's for any decent meal, its not worth it at all.

Same thing happened to my grand-dad , but he hadnt invested all of his life savings into a company FD. Company FDs are high risk , high return instruments. Please always bear that in mind, no one can predict that a company would go bust.
