My recent experience with eureka forbes made me belive that Eureka Forbes representatives are nottrustworthy anymore. I have decided to buy a RO water filter and Eureka forbes was my first choice because of my trust and previous experience with them.
My first interaction was with Girish/Kummarish(I am not sure about his name) who visited my home on 18-Jun-2010 and convinced me that the new filter and my existing one is of same size so that I can fit at the same place. With good faith I issued him a cheque for Rs 8990, after4 days one technician came along with the filter and tried to fit it within the space limit. As the filter was oversized for me I could not fit it in my place and I returned it. Later this sales person confirmed me that he will return the cheque, to my surprise it is been debited from my account and this sales guy(9886673208) become non reachable.
Horrible story started from here, Customer care(39883434) provided me a contact number of koramangala branch(8025536362) after several attempts they provided another number said to be a manager’s number(08025536383) in Bangalore and I found 90% of the no one respond to both these numbers. Once I got in contact with this number they informed that they are helpless and I have to contact sales guy who is not reachable.
After almost 2 months effort yesterday they give number of another branch(8030251647) and they in turn given me another number to follow-up, which is switched off(9880283056). In addition these guys told us that our payment receipt(118054991) is showing some other address in their records.How can we trust the representative if they are issuing fake bill .I am not sure what is happening in their company but I am sure there is something wrong at-least with Bangalore office as they could not find solution for my problem in last 58 days.

As on today 5-oct-2010( 108 days), this issue is not yet resolved, Their corporate response & commitment does not even have value of a paper weight.
Update 08-10-2010
One eureka Forbes employee came to my home and handed over the cash today(08-10-2010). A bit relaxed but it take some time for me to recover from this experience.
