Lack of transparency and born to do corruption attitude screwing up entire system business in INDIA. US like countries never had or will have such large number of complaint on telecom operators. I never thought ADDITYA BIRLA group will have such a pathetic customer service.

I received a call from Eureka forbes office in bangalore and they agreed that it is mistake from their side. Its almost a week since the call but there is no action taken, I think I should go to consumer court to resolve.
