Pure water is necessary or what.?
Brief:
a. The aqua guard goes bad.
b. Only after 6 days & more than 20 calls and follow-ups later, a customer service guy appears.
c. We are told that a part will be changed tomorrow.
d. Then next day we are told that the part in question not available. We waited for the part for 4 days.
e. I called up for termination of service contract & refund of money.
f. Finally someone else turned up and changed a totally different part - voila it started working.
g. Total number of days aqua guard not in operation: 10 days
h. Cost of Mineral Water I had to expend for during those 10 days= Rs 900.
The aqua guard is currently in operation but only after 10 days of headache and many number of calls! We have 2 small kids in the family, 1 infant, but the criticality of the situation was not appreciated by the customer service guys. They had just one answer through out: "we will escalate it"!
