I am in Mumbai and I used exatt for 6 months when I took up cablenet here.
Compared to other services offered here like pacenet/ sify/ vsnl, exatt is by a decent margin the cheapest.
However when you see the prices advt. on their website https://exatt.com you realise that even after this you are paying almost double.
Exatt claims they are helpless in this matter as it is all upto the cableguy of your location.
Some company, they cant control prices of their own product, inspite of putting mrp’s.
Service has been fairly decent, although 3-4 outages a week are common.
They claim the cableguy is doing network maintenance. as if a school dropout can do network maintenance.
This was the primary reason for dropping exatt.
Connection was always easy and hasslefree. Speeds are as advertised always.
The Call Center ppl are decent but may not always be very helpful, or as helpful as you may want.
Make your Opinion about this as I am neutral.
I dont mind paying more for a reliable service, hence I have switched ISP now.
