Fraud: Order Number 218557

I have ordered few items on 26 May on ezoneonline as order number 207890. The details are as follows: Sr.No. Catalog Code Product Name Unit Price(Rs. ) Quantity Discount(Rs. )1 600402449 Toshiba 1TB Canvio 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - White 2, 425.00 3 0.00 2 600402541 Toshiba 1TB Canvio 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Silver 2, 425.00 3 0.003 600402532 Toshiba 1TB Canvio 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Red 2, 425.00 3 0.004 600402504 Toshiba 1TB Canvio 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Blue 2, 425.00 3 0.00 For the same I received a call from their office regarding the unavailability of few colours and they gave me an option to change the colours. I agreed with their request and then on 2 June 2012 they cancelled the above order and created a new order with order number 218557. Then they started shipping the products. First I got the first packet in which the 5 quantities of #1 was there.


After few days, I got another packet in which only 1 quantity was there from #2 of above details. However they sent the invoice of all 3 quantities. Regarding that I complained many times to their customer care and each time I have been told that they had shipped all the items and they have to check with the courier company. In spite of calling them again and again I got no resolution from their side as their investigation was not completed in a month. Last Monday, when I called them they told me that they have investigated everything and my remaining order is approved the remaining 2 quantities will be shipped in 2-3 days. But still I did not get any information about shipping.


Then I called them after 3 days and I have been told an entire new story. I have been told that Mr. Rohit Bajaj the Head will call me regarding this issue. I asked his number so that I could contact him myself, but I have not given the same. I have been assured that I will get a call in 24 hours. But again when I did not get any call in 4 days then yesterday I called them again and again I have been told the same story that Mr. Rohit Bajaj will call me. Do not know when Mr. Rohit Bajaj will be going to call me. He is such a busy person that he is not having even a 5 minutes of time to call a customer and to resolve the dispute in 40 hours. I made a mistake by purchasing from this website and I recommend all to not to purchase anything from this website. Future Group is a fraud company and their support is worst.


I am filing a case against them and also filing an FIR right away. They are cheater and they must be punished. I also request this forum to spread this case as much as possible. Even I am also creating a new blog against this website and company. I will run a campaign on social media too i.e. yahoo, Facebook, Orkut and everywhere so that I could be able to tell this case to as much Indians as possible so that they would avoid to purchase anything from this website and from any of their sister concern.
