I have worked in Fairtech Engineering services company for about 6 months. This is my second review on Fairtech on Mouthshut, I hate this company so much that I pray god for death of every management person of Fairtech. I curse death to their family members as well.
I have previous cumulative experience of 5+ years before joining this company. Here’s my experience. On the day of interview, I was surprised they didn’t ask any questions and they simply said you can join as they were satisfied with my previous experience and the fact that one of my own friend(so called friend) had refered my case, Mr.Buddi Sagar(Bloody animal). While talking about salary, they mentioned they don’t have any works related to my competency X, but they would train me on competency Y, this made me to accept lesser CTC.
On day one I was shocked to see I was recruited for competency X and not Y as told in the interview! They are very unprofessional & unethical. The company is dictated by another swine called Dr.Shivakumar Kandasamy(He is fit for leading bunch of amateur masons). The works mostly are tight schedule or else there will be no work at all, it’s extremes, that’s what I experienced. Some times you are required to spend 2 days in office w/o bath w/o proper food to complete the task. There is nothing called project management forget about efficacy & use of project management. They are very unprofessional & unethical in project management. If you are not overstaying they will force you to do so.
The company has screwed up career of many engineers who have deleted their experience completely from their resumes. HR department also is very notorious, they have made engineers to quit other companies by threatening that company with legal actions.
All Design/FEA/Fatigue Engineers stay away from this III rated company. Also please spread message to known people to avoid this company at any cost. As some review says, company has mentality of a Slum Lady running chit business.
