Expired products & False/fake shipping details!

Am facing issue with three of my orders I have placed with FnY over the last month.




  1. Order # 1572988 - Placed on March 6th. Got shipping details -Aramex shipping tracking info 6276733352 on march 19th. But till date the aramex site says that tracking info as invalid number and no data exists. I have raised a complaint on tuesday(April 3rd) and yet to get proper update on this order.




  2. Order # 1666979 - Placed on March 25th. It was under express shipping and got mail on the shiiping details same date. 6276751876 - Aramex. But till date the aramex site says that tracking info as invalid number and no data exists. I have raised a complaint on wednesday(April 4th) after waiting for 7 business days for the shipment to be delivered. Yet to get proper update on this order.




  3. Order # 1668385 - Placed on March 25th. It was under express shipping and got mail on the shiiping details same date. blrp2335 - Smile Express courier. Have not heard about it and have no idea where to check the status of the shipment. I have raised a complaint on wednesday(April 4th) after waiting for 7 business days for the shipment to be delivered. Yet to get proper update on this order.






Am very disappointed with the kind of customer care provided by FnY. Having bad experience one after the other with their site.


Following my prev order( 1458208), I have placed an another order( 1468442) for a similar baby product from SunBaby on FnY. The product costed Rs.100+ and was in express shipping which attracted me. I had not received my product from the first order by the time I placed this second order else would not have done the same mistake once again.The product looked good in the image provided adding to   my interest. I placed the order and received the product within a week as promised. But when I received the product I was shocked to see that the product has expired. When I sent the image of the product across this time, the customer care were not ready to accept it and is telling they have sent the right product and the product they have checked and confirmed doesn’t bear any manufacturing date whereas am able to see the product clearing saying it to be year 2007.


Just next to the product label giving the date, FnY’s QC passed sticker was stuck. I wonder what kind of Quality Check was conducted(if at all one was conducted in the first place) that passed an expired product to be sent to the customer.


Attaching images of the products from my both orders just in case anybody else have placed orders for the same and dint bother to look into the dates on the bottles.


Very unhappy with both the orders:(
