I have to say I’m one of those customers who was with Fashionandyou.com from when it was launched. When it was launchd would blv it took me 15 mins to get thru to the customer care to speak about my order. talk abt wasting my money on a website which doesn’t really care about paying attention to its customers.
But then it so happened that things have improved drastically and I got thru to customer care in 5 mins...thts also a long wait but compared to the previous ones.
I do enjoy the offers thy make.I enjoy logging in at 11 in the morning to check out what new product have been launched for the day. browsing the website is really so mch fun!
Though I would ask you to refrain from buying clothing as the quality is NOT at all seen thru pictures. I did buy a saree for 1000 and though it costs less...the quality of the product was much lesser and not worth it.
While most of the websites online offer free shipping...you will have to cough up rs.100 for the delivery.
I’m not sure if I am happy to pay a website a huge amount of money and wait for over a month to receive the product. I do have trust issues with such websites taking ages to deliver a product. All the while concerned if the product will actually be delivered.
I would definitely not recommend this website for a person who’s looking to get the product as soon as they see it.
After all, isn’t that the whole point of a comfy online shopping experience?
I will ofcourse give the website huge credit for there marketing skills.
I did refer so many people in the beginning when I joined the website and they said "refer friends and get rs.1000 credited"...while NOTHING whats so ever was credited to my account I atleast take pleasure in the fact that those friends who joined blving me are they would also get credits for referring are NOT at all shopping in the website.
I do enjoy the daily deals. Much better than the ones offered by other websites like "theprivatesales" and "voguemagnet".
At the end of the day, value for money does matter and you will have to judge for yourself and not rely entirely on reviews to make judgements.
For me, I do enjoy the browsing and the range of product they come up with. I do buy the products only if I think they are worth the deal.

i did write a review on fashion and you but I have to say there service has improved alot and i’m happy that I do trust the website when compared to all the others. I also did get thr offer and got a bedsheet set for 180 rs which is a grt deal and the quality was good too!
