I booked Fast track taxi over phone on 12/9/13 for picking me up at Chennai Central railway station on 13/9/13, at 11 am when Sadhabthi express form Bangalore reaches Chennai and drop at Alwarthiru Nagar.
The Taxi came half an hour late and told he thought it was Egmore station and also he does not know to read the slip given to him by the Fast track office as it was in English. He went round the city making it 16 kms (actually it is 13 km in our vehicle) for which meter reading was Rs 330. Fast Track sent an sms suddenly, telling Rs 40 to be paid additionally.So finally paid Rs 370 for just 13 kms !!!
Please beware of hidden cost and wrong meter reading of Fast Track. Most inefficient service and cheater is Fast Track. NEVER EVER BOOK FAST TRACK TAXI.
