We had ordered for half kg chocolate truffle cake and we received around 250 gm. With the cake there was a distorted wooden knife. I immediately complained about the issue with the pic as suggested by them and now after 24 hours they are asking me the pic of the weight of the cake.
I strongly demanded refund which they denied. I Would never recommend fnp to anyone in future.
