Couple of years backI used to order books from this site and they used to deliver it on-time. This online store is not the same anymore. I have ordered for 5 books on11/06/2010 beliving that their shipping promise of 3 days may be honoured, It proved to be wrong.
Here is the reply I received on 18th from their customer service

With reference to your mail we first say sorry to delayed.
Meanwhile we want to inform you that two titles in your order didn’t procure from Delhi Warehouse so have to be procured from another resources that takes some time.
However it will ship shortly.

Why did they listed the item when it is not available in their warehouse, I believe it is to simply cheat the customer
As per the status shown in their site my item is not even shipped till today-26-06-2010
Keep away from this store.
