When I first came to know about the site and searched their catalog, I was surprised by the list of books they have- they have almost every book you can buy from Amazon- but that’s the only good part about them! I tried them for the first time 3days back. Ordered a book which indicated ’’ships within 1 day’’- It’s still in processing stage after 3days !. I tried to cancel my order by sending emails to services@firstandsecond.com(mentioned in their website), but that email id doesn’t exist(got undeliverable message!)!!. Then I tried their ’’Live chat’’-got ’’undeliverable message’’. I even tried calling them at Delhi(011-8611637/38/39 as per their website) from Bangalore, but got the message ’’this telephone number does not exist’’. They don’t have any option for cancelling an order in the website. This is the worst internet shopping experience I ever had. I should have read the previous 9 reviews at mouthshut.com before ordering my book(read the review by D.Gower-that’s the most appropriate review of them). They might have been a good website 2 years back, but not any more.
