So. here is it again. The most disgusting customer service in India belongs to Firstcry.com. I placed an order of Libero diapers on the 29th of July. and realizing that it would take latest 3-5day to receive that order. I also ordered for 3packs of Pampers(5 each) for the intereim period. This product claimed 24 hour delivery guarantee. I spend a total of approx 2000bucks on their website. I also immediately called & requested their customer service to please not delay on the delivery of these products.
As I am flying out of town on Saturday afternoon. I was informed yesterday when I called them ie on the 30th of July that the Libero product is already at the warehouse in mumbai. And since their office is at a distance of barely 15-20 minutes from my location. assured that even though they were unable to deliver 24 hour guaranted product to me. I will recieve the Libero diapers instead. I have called up the customer care & spoken to the smarty pants on logistics desk who are so rude, you wanna hangup on them.They refuse to bring their supervisors on calls either. Once upon a time I would shop for everything for my son on their webaite for my 2yr old boys needs.
Now I only stick to ordering the basics like diapers etc. Stay sway for other products. this website is only getting rotten as apples do once bad.The best part is their customer service team will ask you to cancel the order since they are unable to fulfill the commitments of delivering on time. Then why did you bother committing for the 24 hour guaranteed delivery service in the first place? Why waster my time. We are ordering online because we want to save ourselves the time. Instead here I am stuck waiting for the committed callbacks from the cc team, that will never come. Hate them for frustrating me so bad. And regret that I got lured by the discount on the diapers on ordered frm here again. Should have stayed with the more professional babyoye website.
