Yes, Surender. You are right, they keep saying they'll arrange a RPU. Nothing has happened yet. I guess they will eventually get back saying the product is out of stock now!!!

I completely agree with you. The service has gone to the dogs. These guys have even retorted to threatening customers now. When I called them to return a product, which was suppposed to be in the 9-12mnths baby size, which was too small for my 7month old. They are asking me to arrange to send it bac read more...
