Its been three days since I am trying to write this review and couldn’t write even a single word. I was actually confused about inspirational songs. I thought of many but some of them seemed like sad songs, some patriotic songs and some I couldn’t put into any category.
Today I when I was talking to this dear friend of mine I told her my plight.
She said ‘Its simple….any song that inspire you to go ahead when you are feeling low, which inspire you to love, inspire you to live, inspire you to believe is inspirational song.
Oh yes! its so simple . Why was I trying to go too deep?
Sometimes we ignore the surface and dive into deep to explore what would have been attained easily on surface itself. That is what I was doing and she Inspired me.
The Review
We, human being are actually incapable of doing anything on our own. Don’t get itchy by getting the idea that I am declaring all of us ‘incapable of doing anything’ . What I mean is we need some stimulus, some catalyst every now and then to keep us get going.
The catalyst could be anything, consider this:
It happens many times when we are reading something and suddenly we start feeling energetic. What was that? The thing is we just got an answer to some thing .You can also say you got strength from these words or let me hit the point of discussion, Aren’t you inspired?
One can get this Inspiration, catalyst, strength or whatever you call it from absolutely anything. Say nature, some book, a kind word from a loved one and what else but something which is an integral part of almost everybody’s life… Songs.
*Yes inspirational songs….your very own melodious source of inspiration. You don’t have to wait for some one to come and boost your confidence or inspire you.
They will start playing as background music in your mind whenever you need them. And you can feel the revitalizing effect and end up saying, Yes! I can do it.*
*1. Uth meri jaan mere saath hi chalna hai tujhe…
Movie: Tamanna*
- Jindagi to hai amal sabra ke kaabu mein nahin,
nabj ka garm lahoo thande se aansoo mein nahin,
ud ne firne mein hai khushboo, kham-e-gesoo mein nahin…………
- Rise my dear and come with me, you have to move on
Even when you are feeling abysmally low, these words will help you rise and will inspire to keep moving on. Sonu Nigam has put the life into this song with his heavenly singing.
* 2. Ruk jana nahin tu kahin haar ke

* 3. Arre nadiya chale, chale re dhaara

The moon keeps going so do the stars

The inspiring voice of Manna De has made this song immortal and if you don’t feel inspired after listening this song you certainly have a hearing problem.
The lines * Tu na chalega to chal dengi raahen, badi hi tej samay ki ye raahen* are so true. Yes, nothing stops, things keep going.
* 4. Raaton ke saye ghane, jab bojh dil pe bane

Don’t fear if the night seems darker, let your heart be fearless
for there is a morning after night
Hw many times I got the strength to fight any situation by listening to this song.
As the song says * jab jindagi kisi tarah bahalti nahin, khamoshiyon se bhari jab raat dhalti nahin, tab muskuraun main, ye geet gaun main
Humm it, sing it or just let it play as background music in your mind. They are effective anyways.
* 5. Yaaro utho, chalo, bhago, daudo,
marne se pehle jeena na chhodo yaaro
Movie: avtaar*
- Those who have seen this movie must be knowing it is picturised on the old age people, abandoned by their kids
My last song is for all the elderly people who are abandoned by their own blood .
Its a song for all of them, they who are the fathers of the present and the future, they who are the reason of our very being and they only worked for the present we are enjoying by ignoring them.
I hope I was able to inspire some of you through these songs.
What dya say guys?
