Have ordered a product on 8th Oct 2019. On the Flipkart website it was mentioned Expected delivery date is Oct 11th 2019.
The Product did not deliver on Oct 11th 2019, There were no update from flipkart too. I contacted their beautiful and responsible call center, one of the gentle man has promised a date by 16th Oct 2019 my product will be delivered.
I waited till 16th Oct 2019, the product did not deliver, again I contacted call center on 16th Oct 2019 evening, they promised before 9:00 PM your product will be delivered, obviously it did not.
Again after 9:00 PM I contacted call center, they promised by 17th Oct 2019 will be delivered. obviously it did not.
The behavior of the call center executive was so lethargic, and they answer like Interactive Voice Response, they keep repeating the same. I am sorry for the thing happened to you. they will not give any resolution for your issue.
They were telling you product will be delivery for sure, as soon as possible. They are sure about when it will be delivered. I do not know, when we were not able to get the information out of them, then what is point of running call center.
Totally an horrible experience with the flipkart. What I would think they never going to deliver the product.
They are keep buying time, saying your issues will be resolved in 24 - 48 Hours. Once 48 hours is over again they buy time 24 to 48 hours. it is never ending story. they wont give proper information at all. They way they behaved and made me to cancel the order and close the flipkart account.
