I feel it my duty to inform all the visitors of this wonderful site about my shopping experience with flipkart.com. I ordered for a Creative Inspire T6100 model speaker. I received the same within 3 days. When I unpacked the parcel I found one of the jack [Pin which is inserted in to your cpu] was broken. I got that repaired and the speaker was working fine. I just Informed them about the damaged pin. They gave a replacement that too within 7 days, this is absolutely amazing. Even if I would have had bought from my local market the seller would not have possibly given me replacement so easily. This shows there devotion towards customer satisfaction. I would give them 5 stars. One more positive thing about the store is its genuineness about the prices.
