Worst online buying experience!

I am one of the regular user who preferred to buy stuff online however I am no more interested in online buy because of my experience with flipkart.com. I placed an order of Air Conditioner on Flipkart.com in April 2012. I was very with the deal I got but was not aware of the troubles which were coming my way.


After placing the order, I waiting for few days and when I did not receive any update from flipkart, I checked the order status online and found that my order was cancelled. they failed to update the reason as to why they cancelled my order.


Then I called their customer service and asked why my order was cancelled and the reply I received was not acceptable. They said that the order was cancelled as we dont have product in stock. Now I questioned them that it was in stock when I placed the order then how can it go out of stock ? and there was no justification from their side.


i checked my account and the payment was charged to my account. Then it took approx 5 days for them to refund my money.


The only thing that I could not understand is that the air conditioner was in stock at the time when I placed the order then how can it go out of stock.


Now I do not recommed people buying anythign from Flipkart as there is no gaurantee that you would get the product! Rest all is your choice.
