They first lure you into becoming a ’Flipkart First’ member, promising privileges and all. Then they will announce a ’hot sale’ saying Flipkart first members can register. In this instance it was regarding the redmi phone.
Then they will tell you ’sorry you were not among first 5000 registered users, place the order on 2nd December at 2pm’.
You place an order exactly at 2 pm on 2nd and it says ’Out of stock’. I have attached an image, where you can see this - took me a while to think about taking a snapshot so the image shows 2.01.
This is a nice way of generating LOT of traffic on their site for nothing. And get big fundings. What a SCAM. You write to support and they send some BS copy pasted stuff.
Did not expect this from you, Flipkart.
