Payment gateway is buggy (many times I need to call up customer support to say that payment is made and they manually set the status). Totally Agree. Worst ever credit card company. Their customer support is a joke. You could as well talk to a recording machine. If you get cheated by a fraudulent merchant, sir we cant help.
