My experience again goes to show that flipkart is only good for books and DVDs......
I ordered a seagate internal hard drive after reading the complete specifications and matching them with my laptop needs. The order was processed and delivered on time, but, the delivered product was a DESKTOP HARD DRIVE while I had ordered for LAPTOP HARD DRIVE.
I called customer service and they have refused to replace it saying our 30 day policy caters to only defective and damaged deliveries. I was amazed at this response, spoke to atleast 4 people on the customer service team and all of them denied to replace the product saying it is neither damaged nor defective.
I feel extremely cheated and wanted to alert everyone via this forum about the fine print in their 30 day return policy.
I am stuck with good for nothing hard drive and had to invest again to buy a laptop hard drive from a local vendor.
