Flipkart is cheating customers with fake delivery dates and trying to increase sales! 4 out of 5 orders from Flipkart were failed to delivery on the promised delivery date! Worst of all when I have reached out to customer service, they read out a line" Due to unavoidable circumstances logistics team couldnt deliver, we have escalated this issue" Well how many times this happens? Why it keeps happening why no action taken against logistics team?
Flipkart is doing this on purpose and I would like to complaint against fraud from Flipkart and claim compensation for causing me inconvenience and wasting my time! Customer service agents dont have basic knowledge and keep reading same line again n again! I want flipkart to stop this malpractice of selling with fake delivery dates, promise of faster delivery when even after a week product is not delivered! Proof attached delivery date promised 5th Sep 2019, even on 12 Sep 2019 product was not delivered n no reason provided for delay!
There are 5 orders that got delayed, give me proper explanation else expect formal legal complaint being made for fraud! Flipkart cannot keep cheating on and on! Excuses are not accepted I need proper answer why Flipkart is not delivering on mentioned dates!
Flipkart is cheating in order to boost sales in what ever means they can! I am sure I am not the only one whose order gets repeatedly delayed but there will be others. My decision would be not to trust Flipkart any more and already deleted my account!
