Bad delivery of Flipkart - very lazy!

I ordered TP-LINK router with order number OD30708090259 on 8th July (early hours) and I am supposed to get it be latest 11th July. It started from Bangalore on 8th July and reached Hyderabad on 10th July. (probably travelled by bullock cart taking 2 days). Again from their place in Hyderabad, it never reached me even after two days. it is hardly one KM. Is it that Flipkart is having too much of business and they are not caring for the customers.


it is not an isolated case. In my two or three consignments, the couriers are saying that they are too busy and trying to deliver only after two days, that too at their convenient time rather than our convenience. I gave adverse feedback but no action from their side. There is no way we can escalate it to their top management. I think, I may not order again with them.


Even in their website, they do not allow us to write adverse on their delivery or nay other stuff. If they are not responsive and act as if there are no e-commerce sites in India - they are thoroughly mistaken.
