I’ve been using flipkart.com for many electronics and book items. So far very good experience and above the expectations infact.
Last time, I ordered the book and given office address but then the target delivery date given by flipkart was Jan 26(holiday). I sent an email to customer support team saying if it is delivered on Jan 26, please deliver to my home address else if its targeted before Jan 26 then office address. They confidently acked that the courier will be delivered on or before Jan 25th. I received on Jan 24th.
Everytime the delivery happens within 3rd day of order day and the packing is really great.
