well, after this incident, I ordered few more items and got on the time. Really appreciate the improvement in service. Keep shopping thru FnY no more hassles :)

100% Correct..!! Even I had the same experience. I have very minor scratches on the body..for that VW workshop told easily - only 10K buks+tax ..sucks..!!! (and I have to take prior appt two weeks before and keep my car on weekdays - what the hell!!!!) I told clearly when there are more scratches read more...
