Ordered one unit of a headphone for the first time to check how their service is and delivery was done within 3 days, ordered more units on 18th oct for my office, and there has been no sign of delivery till date and was forced to buy headphones from another vendor.
Though their packing is good, they too fall back on the timeliness aspect like most other e-sites and the basic reason a customer orders from a E-site is for its home delivery option.
I also checked if the delivery delay was because the product was of stock before writing this review but the site still says the the product is in stock.
have shopped with them on other occasions their service was fine, but this one has left a bitter taste.
Called the customer service on 22nd Oct and the rep said there will be a detailed mail sent to me regarding why the product has not yet been delivered but no mail till now. The least they could do is intimate the customer in case of a delay.
5th nov: called the cust care again today and there was a different story about why the delay was.
observed one more thing today that all the negative comments about them in the site is removed! hate it.
