WORST OF WORST EXPERIENCE FROM FLIPKART

I had ordered five items from flipkart and out of those five items, one was Quechua Leather Sandals(Order No. is OD003485116206723400) for Rupees 1159.00 plus delivery charges of Rs. 50.00. I had ordered all the items on 27 Jul 15 and all items is deliverable at my PIN Code ie 581301. Expected delivery date was given 05 Aug 15 as the same item had to gift on 6 Aug 15. Four items were delivered to me on 30 Jul 15, except Quechua Leather Sandals.


Upto 29 Jul 15, order(Order No. is OD003485116206723400) status for sandals was showing as "item has been packed by the seller, yet to be dispatched." On 1st Aug, I called at Flipkart customer care to inquire about the status of my order as the same status was showing for 3 days, Mr. Vivek was the customer care executive.


Who handled my call and he responded to me very harsh and rude and said to me that he cannot do anything in this regard before 06 Aug 15, he also told me to cancel the order and re-order the same as nothing couldnt be done about this. I mailed the same thing to flipkart(incident no. 150801-011179) on 01 Aug 15 and received a confirmation mail from flipkart with assurance that item will be delivered to me on or before 05 Aug 15.


Now, flipkart has cancelled the order on 03 Aug 15 without taking confirmation about the same from me. When I again spoken to their customer care about the same that why the order has been cancelled, they again responded very harsh without understanding any of my concern that, they said that it is their policy, if logistics department cannnot deliver the item, the cancel it. I asked about that policy, if the same is mentioned somewhere on their website, and as per them, anything is not mentioned on their website. They cannot give me any written communication also for the same. Also, they ask me to reorder again, and irony is that, they have increased the price of the same item. They are suggesting me to buy the same item from another e-commerce website ie. Sports365. If I had to buy it from sports365, then why I bought it from flilpkart.


They are not eager to understand customer problem at all. They do, just they wanna do. They left their customer suffer. I swear, I will never buy anything at all from flipkart.
