Chose to order on Flipkart after hearing a lot of positive comments from relatives and friends.I had a wedding DVD to be viewed with family and the problem was that I owned a VCD player of Akai company which would not play DVD’s. Being in a travelling profile, I had an upcoming travel schedule in next 3 days and wanted to enjoy the DVD with my family.
Thought about Flipkart at this point and after checking online, got my eyes on the Sony DVD player which I ordered at once on the same day after paying online using credit card. Very next morning at 10 am , I received a call from Flipkart saying the product has arrived in my city and ready to be delivered in 1 hour.I gave the caller exact address details and he was at my residence at 11 am. That was excellent turnaround time of less than 24 hours.
I checked the invoice and the product had been shipped from Bangalore to Goa and had reached in a flash of just 19 hours after placing order!! The product was packed in a double bubble wrap with multiple boxes inside to keep it safe and intact along with a warranty card inside with details of nearest available service centers in my area.
Played the DVD in the afternoon and enjoyed it with my family! Thank you Flipkart for the wonderful product and simply superb service which gave me a moment to remember with my family!!Keep up the good work and Highly recommend Flipkart to one and all.
