Update again. It is disappointing that just after 2 weeks of usage, the filter has stopped working. It doesn't deliver water. I complained to their call centre number and a complaint ID 0082536434 was generated. I was told that this will be attended on the same/next day. It is already two days and n read more...

Update on my review..There is no response whatsoever from Prestige. I read that mouthshut is working closely with Prestige, but in this case there is no response whatsoever. I am feeling cheated with poor quality product.
Final update...After a long chain of emails, finally they arranged for a reverse pick up and refund of partial amount..They deducted the cashback in the form of Paytm cash which was credited to my account and used in the meantime. Will never ever shop on paytm website for consumer goods.

Yes for recharge they are alright, but dont ever think about ordering consumer goods. I ordered red tape shoes of a specific design and they sent me a wrong product altogether. They have all the features but their customer service and working accuracy is really not trustworthy. I am suffering for close to one month by having repetitive exchange of e-mails with standard response system from their side. They don't read customers emails and are too lethargic to respond. Update on the review. My rustration with them continues. Till date Paytm has not arranged for a reverse pick up and they keep on giving vague and strange fix set of replies to my e-mail. No one reads any email clearly and they just copy past a standard sentence and this is only making me more read more...
