I have ordered bouquets from Florista 2 times so far. It is a blessing in disguise for times when you are away from your loved ones but would still like to send them birthday or other wishes through flowers.
You can select from a fairly wide range of options in bouquets. Apart from flowers, you can also order combos - chocolates, soft toys etc.
Following are the good points:
Convenient (and I think only) option available to order flowers online
Good range of bouquet options to choose from
Customer service is supportive. For both the times that I ordered, they were willing to accept my request to send the bouquet on the same day (generally, you have to order one day in advace)
Pay online via credit card, debit card etc.
Bouquet designs are very good and professional
BAD Points:
Expensive!! Bouquets are quite expensive. The basic ones are at-least Rs. 500-600 and the good ones are above Rs. 1000.
Many of the flowers are mostly not available in stock. For both the times I ordered, I got the same reply - sorry sir, this or that flower is not available in stock... can we replace with the x or y variety? For example, when I first ordered, my bouquet had birds of paradise, they didnt have it in stock and replaced with lilies. Second time I ordered, my bouquet was supposed to have chrysanthemums... again, they replaced with lilies
Apart from replacing the flower type, they will also replace color randomly. For example, the customer service said - sir, we will replace with orange or yellow lilies. When the bouquet was actually received, it had white lilies!!
Their delivery service is not very professional. After giving full address, their delivery guy called me 5 times to understand how to reach the address. Plus, they dont have any delivery van or anything. The poor delivery guy had to travel by train / auto-rickshaw to delivery my bouquet.
I would definitely recommend Florista to others. It is a very good option to send flowers at the last moment to someone you love and if it is not possible for you to meet them personally.
