I bought NEW UNICORN CB 160 from Fortune Honda, Raniganj - Secunderbad.
I have had a really horrifying experience from this agency, they have sold me defective engine bike and now when I am asking to check if the engine is defective they are just trying to avoid me and not ready to take any responsibility as if they know for sure that they have actually sold a defective piece of bike to me.
My bike’s engine has many issues and these all are manufacturing defect . It gives abnormal and weird sound it has no power and pickup there is some serious issue inside the engine. And these agency people as well as their service center says there is no problem in your bike and when I am asking to confirm the same on the job card, they are not ready .
It seems they are in business of selling bad lots sent by Honda and they have such arrangement with Honda company to dump bad defective products in the market.
Please avoid this agency to buy any Honda product and don’t suffer like me.
