I have tried freecharge around 8-9 times. Initially I used to go in for thier coupon options. But then realised majority of the times ccoupons are not delivered. they charge Rs 10 extra for coupons but never deliver.
Even if they deliver the coupons of websites like Indiaplaza, naaptol etc are a sheer waste. Taking a service from the coupon provider , you will end up spending more money. And if its naaptol or India plaza then you better not use the coupon.
Also freecharge does not have a dedicated customer care, so following up is an impossible task with them.
Judgement : Use free charge to recharge online but do not go for thier coupons.
