I am a regular customer.
I see two issues.
The weight of some of the items like boneless thigh pieces is less than whats advertised and paid for. It varies quite a bit but generally less. If I order 1kg which costs 398/kg, a reduction of 100gm is 40rs loss.
This weekend they delivered a cheaper curry cut chicken in place of my order of boneless thigh pieces and charged me the higher amount.
Also the customer care number given on the app/website is invalid.
Customer care email and order feedback links work but no response or acknowledgement about whether the feedback is received or not.
