Thats a serious thing. Isnt there any way these buggers can be stopped by the govt/RBI. Or as usual they are just exploiting the legal loopholes.

I too am in the same boat Anil. I was in a hurry back in 2005 to get a loan and that lack of attention to detail has costed me not only money but a lot of FREE stress! Guys just boot these thugs if they ever show up on your doorsteps with their loan portfolios.
