My wife has motor insurance for her Honda Brio with Future Generali. 3 weeks back, we met with minor accident - autowala bumped into us from behind. Backlight broken, bumper came out and scratch and dent on the left back of the car.
The assessment officer just agreed for 60% of the cost. I got nervous coz new car and I was driving so called future Generali and asked them how this was possible. Their executive forwarded me to a supervisor who listened to me calmly, filed a complaint and gave me the number after assuring I would get a call within 4 hours.
I and my wife went home and waited. Within 2 hours, we got a call from a manager Abhishek that entire claim they accepted and we would receive a cheque within 10 days. Still got the cheque 12 days later but was very happy with their fast response to a situation.
