I Sanjay Punwani, livingin Mumbai have purhased a Health insurance polcy for my family.I had to email at care@hdfcergo.com and they revrted to me with and resolved my claim issues. Try it , otherwise call them at the call centre Hope you will get ur claim amountsoon.

Hi Dr. Madhu, I'am Nishit and I have 3 policies with HDFC ERGO..... from 4 years I had some issues with the claims department as i had recoved my Motor Insurance..... well after visiting the office i managed to receive my claim. Try connecting to 18002700700.
