I heard of FutureBazaar by their big promotions through Newspaper, Television, Banners etc. There was a special offer placed by them on 26th, 27th & 28th January 2007. They named it "Sabse Saste Teen Din".
Well, I went to Sahara Mall, Gurgaon(where their - "Pantaloon’s" another subsidy Big Bazaar is located). Future Bazaar did put a campaign to sell their products on a quite lower rate than the market. I choose a Television(29 inches) and paid them using my Credit Card.
They promised me to delever the product within 7 working days. I was anxiously waiting for the product. However, even after 10 working days when I didn’t received the TV, I called up on their given number(on Order Receipt as well as on the website). Then didn’t picked up my phone - not at all. I continued 3 more days, but in-vain. Then I wrote an Email - - Again no response from them. I went to the "contact us" form online and submitted my request to contact me - yet no response.
Then I understood that they have cheated me very badly. Finally, I approached https://core.nic.in which is an online complaint center for consumers(Consumer Online Resource & Empowerment Centre). I also called up my Credit Card company and asked them for a Chargeback.
Even after these many days; I haven’t received my product. Whereas, due to the complain placed through the Core Centre, I received a call from a lady apologizing the delay in delivary and informed me that they have dispached the product on 9th Feb after receiving my complaint.but here; I haven’t received the same.
I will suggest my friends who use "MouthShut.com" for their information purpose, - NEVER EVER TRUST THESE GUYS as I have heard of more stories similar to mine within these few days.they will take your money but never deliver you any product or service
