General Tips on Cars with LPG

I have few clarifications on Engine running on LPG, after a discussion with our local mechanic and other users having LPG kit in their cars.

1. Engine:

WagonR Duo comes with LPG kit, but Engine spec remains same as Petrol i.e Engine is not redesigned to handle LPG or Does it require really?

I am  not sure about this, please clarify on this topic

1. Engine Life:

People are saying that Engine gets heated up with LPG and so the life decreases.

Also frequent oil changes required!
